All sessions are now pay as you train and all are required to be pre-booked on our new booking site.

New members will have to be inducted to our Fitness gym. Price:-£10

The sessions are 50 minutes to allow for a safe changeover of members in and out of the centre.

All members are required to sanitize their hands before entry to the Gym.

The number of members in the gym are controlled to ensure safe training for members and staff.

All equipment needs to be cleaned down after use.

Individual Gym session price:-£8

Package price:- 10 sessions for £36 and these must be used 30 days from purchase.

Tuesday to Fri 5-8 pm

Saturday 9-10 am and Sunday 8 am – 12 noon
